Deepwater Bluegrass kicks off Otterbein Portage Valley's Music in the Air concert series

Otterbein Portage Valley in Pemberville is excited to present another season of the Music in the Air concert series. Different musical styles will be featured the second Tuesday of each month through September.

Deepwater Bluegrass (pictured above) will kick off the series on May 11, rain or shine! Comprised of Jeff Birdwell on the bass, Sherri Chekal on banjo, Wilson Birdwell on guitar, Rob Lawson on mandolin and Tim Kilburn on lead guitar, Deepwater Bluegrass members have such passion for bluegrass music, they founded the Glass City Opry in Maumee. Join Otterbein Portage Valley from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month through September. The $3 suggested donation includes a boxed lunch. Please call ahead at 419-833-8917 to reserve a lunch. You won’t want to miss one concert!
