Neff elected director at large for National Dietary Manager’s Association

CRIDERSVILLE – June 8, 2010 - Otterbein Cridersville Director of Dietary Services Lori Neff was elected as a director at large for the National Dietary Manager’s Association, an organization dedicated to optimizing and improving nutritional care through food service management. The 50-year-old organization has more than 14,000 members nationwide.

As a director at large, Neff will be responsible for reviewing and approving major association decisions, commitments and plans in accordance with policies and procedures. She will attend board meetings and identify opportunities to further the mission and direction of the DMA.

Neff is both a certified dietary manager (CDM) and a Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) with more than 30 years of professional experience, including eight and half years at Otterbein Cridersville Retirement Living Community. She also has attended the American Culinary Institute. In talking about her new responsibilities, Neff said, “ I have a willingness to share ideas, especially with budget and finance planning. I look forward to helping further the mission of the DMA.”
