Unlike large, institutional settings, most Otterbein Skilled Nursing & Rehab Neighborhoods are located in familiar residential areas. Each skilled nursing and rehab neighborhood is a collection of “small houses” situated within a community.

Otterbein Maineville Neighborhood creates a new alternative to traditional nursing care. This new model combines the warmth and companionship of home with all of the skilled clinical services in a residential setting. Neighborhoods by Otterbein offers five locations in OH and being part of Otterbein Homes we have been providing services for over 98 years. Avalon neighborhoods consist of 5 homes, each house allows for 10 elders.
