Avalon by Otterbein in Warren County
Warren County, Ohio will soon be home to three Avalon by Otterbein small house neighborhoods. Avalon at Clear Creek is currently under construction and is located off Bunnell Road, just north of Ohio State Route 73, which has an exit off of US I-75. The convenient Clear Creek Township location is in the heart of several housing developments is only a five-minute drive to the historic town of Springboro, where a six-block section of South Main Street has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Construction on the Avalon at The Atrium is underway. Located off US I-75 at Middletown exit, this small house neighborhood will have the added benefit of connection to the new Atrium Medical Center. Atrium Medical Center is the newest, state of the art regional medical campus of Premier Health Partners. The campus will incorporate trees, a pond and walking trails to create a healing, soothing environment.
A small house neighborhood is planned in Maineville construction to begin in summer of 2008. The Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation has donated $1 million to this Avalon neighborhood. The entry street will be named in their honor.
