Otterbein Lebanon, the first community of Otterbein, has a full-service United Methodist Church on-site. Located on 1,200 acres of beautiful surroundings, Otterbein Lebanon has an ideal location between Cincinnati and Dayton, near historic Lebanon, and adjacent to Shaker Run Golf Club and Armco Park. The campus is full of activities, clubs and musical groups.

A groundbreaking celebration was held Nov. 10 for a life enrichment center that will open in 2012 at Otterbein Lebanon. Plus, in 2009, Otterbein Lebanon was chosen as the future site of the Warren County Arts and Culture Center.

Otterbein Lebanon is a not-for-profit community that thousands of residents have called home since 1912. Located just 10 minutes from West Chester, Mason and Springboro, Otterbein Lebanon has a wonderful setting for an active lifestyle. There is so much to do that you may never find yourself at home!!!

Lifestyle:

Whatever you enjoy doing – it’s likely here. From woodworking and crafts to music, golf, fishing, card playing, gardening and more, you can do as much, or as little, as you want!

Choices:

Housing choices include a wide array of apartments, cottage and duplex homes, as well as single-family ranch homes – most with a private garage. Resident agreement choices include leases or entry fee agreements providing lower monthly service fees and a lifetime of benefits.

 

Healthcare: Your Health and Comfort are our Priorities.

As a continuing care retirement community, we provide an array of services to meet your changing needs. If you come to need assisted living services or nursing care, we will be ready to serve you. Rehabilitation services also are available following a surgery or accident.

Generous donors have established a Benevolent Care Fund, which offers assistance to residents who can no longer pay the full cost of care through no fault of their own. A peer support group for family caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia meets regularly at the Otterbein Lebanon campus. Click here to learn more.
