Otterbein Adult Day Services is dedicated to helping you care for your loved one. Our goal is to help your family member maintain the highest level of independence possible, while providing you some relief from the constant demand of care giving.

Adult Day Services has a new location and expanded services. The move to a much larger and more fully functional location at 102 King St. on the campus of the Otterbein Lebanon Senior Lifestyle Community became a reality in December 2010.

We view our relationship with each caregiver as a true partnership. Together we will develop a program designed to meet the needs of your family member. We are here to provide care for your loved one and support to you. Click here to see our brochure!

Through our partnership with you, we can:

• Help your family member access a wide range of on-site health and wellness services.
• Provide a supervised environment that is not only safe but also stimulating.
• Give you a much needed break from care giving, allowing you time to care for yourself.
• Provide a cost effective alternative to early placement in a nursing home.
• Encourage social interactions and involvement in a wide variety of recreational and therapeutic programs.
• Assist you with information and education on the disease processes, caregiver support and community referrals.

Adult Day Services provides wellness checks, medication administration, nutritious meals and snacks (special diets available) and restorative programs.

Our center is located on the Otterbein Lebanon campus. This convenient location provides on-site access to physical, occupational and speech therapy along with optometry, podiatry, audiology, personal care and beauty and barber services.

The program is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m to 5 p.m. Full and half day services are available.
