Otterbein Portage Valley is a not-for-profit community that thousands of residents have called home for many years. We serve residents of all faiths with our chaplain and spiritual support services.

Choices:

Otterbein offers an wide array of apartments, as well as single-family villas, most with a private garage. Resident agreements include leases or entry fee agreements providing lower monthly service fees and a lifetime of benefits.

Lifestyle:

Whatever you enjoy doing - it’s likely here. From woodworking and crafts to music, golf, fishing, card playing, gardening and more, you can do as much, or as little, as you want!

 

Healthcare: Your Health and Comfort are our Priorities.

As a continuing care retirement community, we provide an array of services to meet your changing needs. If you come to need assisted living services or nursing care, we will be ready to serve you. Rehabilitation services also are available following a surgery or accident.

Generous donors have established a Benevolent Care Fund, which offers assistance to residents who cannot pay the full cost of care. You will come to Otterbein knowing you have found a home for life.
