Otterbein lights up for the holidays at Middletown!

Fritz Sunberg, maintenance director at the Otterbein Skilled Nursing & Rehab Neighborhood in Middletown, has been busy decorating the neighborhood for the holidays. He rigged this gazebo to fill the neighborhood with lovely Christmas music.
