May 14, 2008 from 2-4 pm: Planning Your Move: Sandy Griffin, President of Wrap N' Ship, a moving and packing specialty company, will discuss how to plan a move, get organized for a move, and how a moving company can eliminate the stress and overwhelming feelings of physically moving your treasures.

Body Recall:
Is a low impact exercise class, which meets every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. in the Portage Valley auditorium. The cost is $1.00 each session. This is a great way to maintain flexibility and enhance physical wellness!
