of life’s daily activities so that you can continue
living in comfort as independently as possible.
Five
levels of assistance provide a range from minimal support to
concentrated
services for specialized needs. Your level of service is
determined and customized through a comprehensive assessment
by a licensed
nurse prior to moving to the community. Your plan will be
unique to you. Your health care team of dieticians, nursing
professionals,
social services, program specialists and pastoral care professionals
will review the plan with you regularly and adjust to meet
your changing needs.

are committed to creating an environment where you can socialize
with others, participate in organized
activities, spend time on your crafts or hobbies or do
